Parade Floats The Berkshires has a wonderful tradition of staging parades to celebrate - the most notable being the annual Home Town Parade in Pittsfield on the Fourth of July, and the Northern Berkshire Fall Foliage Festival Parade in early October. In 2005, the Oldies But Goodies participated for the first time in a parade with a novel float, and since then, the parade float bug has infected us all! Take a whimsical look at the float-building process in 2005 and 2007:
